Grass totally white 10 days ago, then the rains came

4 days after the rain this is what we have. 

This grass is dead but

You still need to check your grass to see if there is any green runners. Plus check for insects and potential disease

You have to check the runners to see if they are green. when your grass has not received water. Saint Aug. grass is turf and can withstand periods of drought but for how long. Lots of variables counter the time where we have the point of no return (death to ares of the grass).

This lawn has a lot of compaction. No sandy soil here!!

Why it is important to plant correctly

This Palm was planted four months ago. It has slowly declined due to the palm not getting any water. Besides the lack of water, this palm was not spaded in correctly there by allowing air pockets though out the root ball. 

It was easy to stick my hand under the root ball.

Its Pretty Simple, take your potted orchid.....

Find a nice spot to place (shove) in

Then water water water, everyday for ten days and then check how they look. Back off the watering if they seem stable.
