I have noticed this on may of the Christmas Palm. Not so much on the other palms, maybe its just on the smaller palms?
Just a heads up. This is done by the Arborjet unit where they drill into the palm. There is another method and that is the Wedge Direct-inject unit and it is the needle method.
I think drench and spray is much better if able to. But needs good irrigation to get the product into the root system.
