Three Headed Queen Palm tree

Not see this before. Seen a two headed queen palm but never seen a three headed queen palm before. It was a crazy site to see. I think what happen is that the palm had a Boron deficiency and the old head bend down. As recovery occurred a new head formed and that happen to the other side as well???
